+ When I place an order, for concrete pre cast brickcrete walling, how long before you can start? Normally we require a 1-2 week lead time before we can start. + How long does it take to erect walls? Depending on terrain we can erect 30-60m per day. + What is the difference between Brickcrete and normal precast walls? - Brickcrete provides a patterned texture on both sided. + What is maximum height of precast concrete brickcrete walls? The maximum height is 2.4m or 8ft. + What do you use to colour your concrete precast brickcrete walls. To colour our concrete precast brickcrete walls we use a superior quality oxide that we mix with the cement to ensure a consistent colour right through the material. + Can you build a room out of your precast walls Yes you can build a room. We do not do the erection ourselves but can refer you to an installer and sell you the material. + Can the material be cut into shorter lengths or does it only come in standard sizes. Yes the material can be cut into shorter lengths. + What size stone do you use in your Precast Brickcrete walls? We use a 9mm stone, as this gives a much smoother finish. + Can I paint the Concrete pre-cast brickcrete walls if I so desire in future and what paint should I use? Yes, our concrete pre-cast brick Crete walls is absolutely suited to be painted. The type of paint used will be determined by where you live, as the climate plays a big role in the paint selection. The position of the wall, weather the wall is in a shaded area or in full sun, also has an influence on the kind of paint used. It is best to consult your local hardware with regard to which paint is best suited to your area. + What is the estimated lifespan of a Precast concrete and brick Crete wall? The estimated lifespan of a Precast concrete and brick Crete wall is between 30 and 50 years. The variation is due to climate and soil conditions. The more stable the soil and the weather, the longer the lifespan. . + What is the colours that the precast Brick Crete, Stone Crete walls are available in? The Brick Crete Concrete walls are available in four standard colours namely Beige, Tan, Plum and the multi coloured wall. The Stone Crete concrete walls are in the standard stone colour and the Wood Crete is also in the standard dark wood colour. The louver walls are in the plain grey colour. + Can you install a Brick Crete wall on an uneven surface or on a slope? Yes you can, but an uneven surface could result in a varied wall-height. Brick Crete walls can be installed on a slope, but if the slope is quite steep, we will have to inspect the site before giving a quotation. + Can you put an electric fence onto a Bi sided, Pre-cast Bric Crete concrete wall? Yes you can, but you have to make use of square tubing that is fastened onto the side of the pillar. Do not make use of the round bar method, as the caps will crack or even break if you drill a hole in them. + Do you repair existing walls that is damaged or broken, and what does this entail? Yes we do. Our minimum charge for a repair is R3 000.00. We have to however first come and see the wall to assess the amount of damage and the extent of the repair work needed. It is also difficult to get an exact match when repairing a wall as the pattern or colour might differ from our patterns and colours. If you prefer uniformity, you might rather prefer to replace the damaged section. + How long does the concrete of new molds take to cure before it is ready for installation? Molds should stand for at least 5 days to cure properly, before they can be used to install a new wall. + If the repairs on my wall are an insurances claim, do I have to pay you and claim back from the insurance or do you wait for the payment from the insurances? We are not affiliated with any insurance companies. We require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance upon delivery as we work on a c.o.d basis. + What do you do with the rubble and old walls that you remove from the site? We are always attempting to keep our plant environmentally friendly so we recycle as much of the material as possible. We have a crusher at our plant and crush all building rubble, and add it to the mixture in our walls. + We've got a solid build perimeter wall, which we need to extend - any suggestion? You can not extend brick walls with precast.

Please note that brick wall needs to be double over a certain height + an the Stonefence Posts and Slabs be cut into shorter lengths or do they come in Standard lengths. Posts and slabs comes in standard lengths but can be cut according to your requirements on site. + I already have a single brick boundary wall ( +-2 m in height). I wanted to use the woodcrete as a facade (i.e instead of plastering the wall which is getting damaged with the sprinklers) .Will this be possible? Do I need to remove the existing wall? You will have to remove current wall as this is not an add on product but a complete new wall. + Is the quoted prices per meter all-inclusive .I.e. is labour included? Pricing includes material, labour and VAT.

I do not think it is possible to put a slab on top of walls, but they will be able to help you
